REGROW is formulated to work with yogurt

Unlike other tooth powders, REGROW is edible and designed to work with yogurt as a catalyst to support teeth remineralization and healthy gums. It is a nutrient rich powder to remineralize teeth and the jaw bones.  While you can brush with the yogurt and REGROW paste, we recommend brushing with plain un-sweeten organic yogurt prior to applying REGROW for best results.  Brushing with yogurt will clean away plaque naturally without any abrasion and prepare the optimal oral environment for REGROW.  This is because the good bacteria in yogurt will neutralize the bad bacteria that can cause tooth decay and the nutrient in yogurt will act as a perfect mineral delivery system in REGROW to remineralize teeth and jaw bones.  This will also help stop receding gums. Gums recede when the jaw bones has demineralized and the gum tissue no longer has the supportive structure to remain high on the teeth.

REGROW acts as a blast of mineral microsphere for the yogurt to adhere the teeth to increase its remineralizing capabilites. The combination of the minerals in the REGROW formula and the yogurt works synergistically to speed up tooth remineralization and keep cavity-causing bacteria away by balancing the PH in your month to create an inhospitable environment for the bad bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease. How to use REGROW

For best results, brush with plain organic dairy or non-dairy yogurt thoroughly.  You may need to brush several times until your teeth feel smooth to the tongue, even at the gum line.

Mix about a 1 to 1 ratio of REGROW with yogurt to make a paste.  Brush on teeth with toothbrush or fingers. Do not rinse. You want to leave that wonderful probiotic mineral cocktail in your month to work hard to regrow your tooth enamel and gums.  Feel free to apply REGROW and yogurt past throughout the day.

For sensitive teeth, you could mix a larger batch and apply a thick coating on your teeth and gums either with a tooth brush or your fingers.  Do not rinse.
